I've been to the studio many times but this was my first with Scott. He was clear with instructions. One thing I really liked is that he did not talk too much while we where running. He did it so we could stayed focused on our form and pace without distractions. I will definitely go back to his class.

    METHOD 45

I first took Rebecca's class during her last week before she went on maternity leave and I was so sad I only just discovered how amazing she was before she had her baby. Fast forward a few months and I'm thrilled she's back on the bike and is an even more incredible instructor (#superwoman). I used to think kyle was an A+ instructor but I think rebecca is clearly the best at motivating clients and putting the time into the playlist. Love love love her. Holy crap - Wendy is phenomenal! I’ve been a flywheel rider since 2011 + have never had the chance to take her bc of scheduling, but she shocked me with her killer playlist, an incredibly challenging ride with plenty of tap backs, hills, pushes + sprint, plus her engaging nature + motivational demeanor. I’ve been very disappointed lately when trying out instructors whom I don’t know, but Wendy has changed my mind. Take Her!

Everything other reviewers say it is. If you do high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week, though, you will definitely get through that warm-up. Only downside is there isn't enough emphasis on form for a "beginners" class (but we all know it's not really that, don't we). If you're new to this type of training like I am, it would be helpful to look up some of the moves online ahead of time.

    Body (Peak)

As a regular Tuesday night class goer, I have to say that this may have been the toughest class Ken has ever given us. Basic but hard as all hell. After the typical warmup in the studio then a farmers carry to Madison Ave plus a non stop 6 min ab series, the workout was 7 rounds of the following : 20 American KB swings, 15 air squats & 5 burpees before a sprint to Madison & back to be done as fast as possible. Most clocked in at ~2 mins so there was a minute rest before the next round. First time I've seen ppl splayed out all over the fitness floor once we finished.

    POLE (Tricks & Climbs)

Foxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

BWAY CARDIO/HAMILTON: "You'll Be Back" (ALL LEVELS)

Just so great. I am NOT a dancer and have never really wanted to be one, but Im always looking for cardio options that are interesting and fun this hit the nail on the head. Justina was a great instructor, I didnt feel awkward about my lack of grace, and I got my blood pumping. My only slight complaint is that the music is very loud, but it wont stop me from returning!

    CHAISE Reinvention PLUS

I really really liked the chair portion. It’s a very interesting sensation to try to balance and do the moves. The cardio intervals were sort of boring by comparison. I will def go back there and try a different class option.
