FIIT Inferno
see all reviewsVery interesting class! I had no idea what to expect, so in case it helps someone else, it was 3 minutes each at 12 stations including Kettlebell swings, rope shake and squat, a rower, a bike, and some functional movements like burpees with a medicine ball and push ups. Intense and fast paced. There's no time to think about whether you want to do anything, haha, which I honestly prefer. (Had there been time, my brain would say "wtfffff are you doing? OUT!!!" Lol) jokes aside, it wasn't impossible but it'll definitely work you. The cool part is that you set your own intensity at the end of the day (how much you do at each station, how hard you go). Brendan was encouraging and helped people do the moves properly and with good form. I never felt pushed or judged. Seems like a great spot!
