see all reviewsI loved the instructor! She had great energy and she knew exactly when to switch up the pace to go with the music! The only thing I found difficult was how to change gears. It was kind of hard to hear her when she said to do this and I think I was a little confused by the instructions (since there is a lever and a wheel to spin) but I think this is because it was my first time spinning. Overall, the gym was very nice/clean, the instructor was GREAT and the vibes were very good!

Although there were quite a lot of people (20 class participants) but she still made sure to give enough attention and encouragement to me as a first-timer. I’ve had a hard time finding good reformer instructors in Philadelphia, but Sarah is one of the good ones. This class was 50/50 stretching and work, which is great for beginners, or for advanced practitioners who need a more restorative class. My only gripe with this studio is classes are advertised as being 60 minutes, and they never are an hour- typically 45-50 minutes.

Heather is not only a wonderful teacher, but encourages different variations depending on your experience and unlike most instructors takes the time to explain exactly how your form should be for each pose. Her voice and music during class are just heavenly, and the space she teaches in is perfect for a Saturday morning mood. I’ll be back!
