    FLOW + ROLL 75 | vinyasa + myofascial

Warm-up and smooth vinyasa practice followed by ball rolling to relieve muscle tightness. The warm temperature wasn’t too hot, and felt invigorating and relaxing. Instructor was friendly and helpful with the poses.

Emily is a great instructor. She gives you alternative moves so you can choose how intense according to how your body feels. And also notes what pains you might feel in a move, and provides verbal adjustments you can make to relieve any uncomfortableness.

Slow Flow in The SweatBox Loft

Reva is amazing as usual! She had a “digestion” routine to help us deal with the over abundance of the Thanksgiving Food weekend. Sweatbox Loft can be difficult to find, so seriously get there early (15 min) if it’s your first time! Enter through main entrance door, go up small/short wooden staircase on left, call number on door, go up ramp, then follow signs to studio.

Ive shown up at quite a few boot camp classes that are filled with beginners (good for them), but its great to be surrounded by some #fitspo

Heather is such a great instructor. You can tell how passionate she is about dance and teaching! This was my favorite class thus far. We practiced a few different jumps and fan kicks and learned to put them together.
