She is good with providing feedback as well/spotting! It was a bit chilly today in class not sure if there was some draft going on - wasn’t as hot as It normally was.

see all reviewsI’ve come to Madeline’s Monday morning class 3 times now. It made my Monday morning ritual to kick off for the week. I really enjoyed the lower paced flow. I can focus on waking up my body and the enjoyment of long stretches from them. Her music always been a plus. Please keep up the great work and thanks for providing your coaching on a Monday morning.
