    Class was good for a beginner with a few challenging poses but the pace was a little too slow compared to other vinyasa classes I’ve taken. Gym facilities are nice and a bonus to be able to use the sauna, steam room, and showers during the visit.

    This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

    Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.
