    This class is no BS! It’s really a full body workout. Get ready to sweat! Parking is non existent. The description says it’s in chinatown but it is fully in the middle of downtown. If you are already there or can take a train or bike, definitely check it out!

    Eva’s classes are so hard (arguably the hardest at Lagree), but somehow she makes the time fly. I appreciate the 10-20 second countdowns just when I feel like giving up, her suggestions for form improvement, and of course her excellent taste in music. You’ll work hard and be sore for days, but also enjoy doing it!
