Pj is amazing!! I gotta say though, the bikes here are not that great. Every bike I try wobbles. I really dont like that about this studio. Also the mic was not clear, that needs to be fixed too. Instructor and music was awesome though and I got a great workout!

Jason was very funny, but also really helpful with adjustments and clear instructions. LOVED his 90s playlist. My obliques are dying today! I do wish we spent some more time on arms, but my core/legs are grateful for the burn.

SAMANTHA IS FIRE! This was my first time taking her class and it was amazing! The 7am Saturday class in the fidi is always less full, but she kept the energy super high. Loved her exercises and playlist. So so so good.

Love Nandi. Nandi is a top notch spin instructor, she could easily be a soul cycle instructor. She’s so positive and her playlists are so much fun. But wheelhouse needs a reality check on the amount of credits they are assigning to these classes when the class is almost empty. It’s a shame that it’s empty because the studio is great and Nandi is amazing. Maybe if they lowered cost of entry they’d entice more people to come. I use 10 credits on super popular classes that are basically full and boom up. This class should be max 5 credits. I unfortunately won’t be using my classpass towards wheelhouse until they lower the credits for these almost empty classes.

Great class! This is my second class with Christina. I appreciate her focus on form and really clear instructions. This class really pushed me, and I enjoyed every second! Not least of all, the music was great!!! Mostly Beyoncé, some other hip hop hits, all super motivating. I left feeling sweaty and accomplished!

I really liked it! Super dark in the class, only lit by candles which makes the class even more enjoyable and really sets the mood. They have mats and towels supplied, even the sticky towels to lay down on top of your mat for hot yoga (greatly appreciated!). Fast-paced yoga class, loved the theme music. Sweated a lot and got a good stretch. Not for beginners to yoga, the teachers moves through very quickly and most are audible cues so if you arent familiar with pose names it may be difficult to follow.

Anna is an AMAZING teacher and also demonstrated everything she taught beautifully. I was surprised at how much I could do as a beginner, given that I have very little upper body strength. I couldn't do almost everything for a lot of class, and then discovered I could do some of those things toward the end of class. My body adjusted!

Really love how they played Friends re-runs on the projector. I literally space out and pedal hard without focusing on the burn. Love their bikes too, the pedal is more comfortable on their bikes versus other gyms I go to, since I don't use cycling shoes

    Pilates Mat

This gym is located next to the Tonga Room inside the hotel. The locker room is pretty nice, but the class space is a little awkward since when you walk down the stairs youre basically inside it. Denice was super nice and our class only had three students. We did mat Pilates using balls as props. I had not done Pilates in a long time and this class made me remember why I love it. Its fun and relaxing and all those small movements count. The hour flew by! The one big drawback was the music - it was Muzak type music of mostly pop hits, although they did throw in the Game or Thrones theme in there too. It was annoying enough that I even would have preferred no music, and Im big on music during workouts. It sounded like we were in an elevator for a whole hour. Music aside, great class and Ill be back!

Con: doesn't focus on techniques and only has 4 poles in the room for 11 students taking the intro. Pro: their "just let go and dance" method does help me "feel" and internalize the moves and transitions better than trying to memorize it.
