This is a legit boxing gym, no frills, the real deal. So don’t expect anything akin to shadow box or rumble. The warm up was a little monotonous and the instructor seemed a little uninterested but he did give me some good technical corrections on the bag work. Overall it was a decent workout

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!
