    Virtual Class: Arms & Abs

    Loved this class! Great sound set up with the mic and music which makes the experience more like a real class. Def recommend 2-3 lbs weights and 5 lbs weights for the best experience. I used 1 lb wrist weights and 5 lbs hand weights but really wish I owned something in between. AWESOME workout in terms of complexity of movements. It was easy to catch on and Alanna did a great job explaining. I will def be back.

    Kathleen was so nice :) She's a great motivator and instructor, and she executed a very organized and smooth class structure. Definitely my favorite instructor I've had at this studio by far. I would come back for her classes specifically.

    Awesome class! Michael is a great instructor, always welcoming and motivating. He demonstrates each exercise, gives feedback and corrects form if needed. Today’s class consisted of an amrap workout (multiple exercises) with a pyramid finisher. I enjoyed the class a lot!
