The instructor had a great "instructor voice". She didn't talk too much or too little, she wasn't annoyingly motivating and she wasn't not motivating. It was the perfect amount. She was helpful before class but I wish she offered some more modifications. Pretty clean studio and I would go back!

    Zumba

Jacqueline had great positive energy throughout the entire class. I came in for my first time feeling unmotivated, but she turned my attitude right around. Her dance moves were easy-to-follow and the music was fun and lively. Would highly recommend!

    Jivamukti Vinyasa

Jiva classes are very uplifting. I enjoy that all the chanting has a booklet where you can read exactly what youre singing translated into English. Its a hard flow, but not a punishing one. Ive been going to jiva classes on and off for 5 yrs. do not recommend for people with less than 10 yoga classes under their belts.

    Intro to Pole

This class is SO much fun! Patricia created such a welcoming, judgement-free environment and her energy was super encouraging to a complete newbie like me. Great way to feel strong and confident. Beginner-friendly, small class with lots of instruction and adjustments.

    Vinyasa All Leves

I havent done a yoga class in a really long time and I am incredibly picky (too much chanting, pace is too slow/fast, level is too beginner, etc), but this class was SO good! Ngan was an awesome instructor - the pace and flow were great, the level of difficulty was just right, loved her music selection and her voice is really pleasant to listen to. I was not expecting to work up a sweat either. Would love to take another class with her!

    HIIT

Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.

    Full Body Workout

Great workout! The class feels like a non-stop personal training session with an athletic trainer, yet you're in a class setting. Lots of squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, utilization of kettle bells in ways I've never thought of using them, sliders... basically a bomb full body workout. I'm sore as I'm typing this.

George is upbeat, attentive, and thoughtful about challenging you at the right level during the workout. He has great music. This was my second visit to this place, and this was a way better experience than my first one (different instructor)!

    Burlesque

Redbone has such incredible energy, the class was casual and fun but educational and enlightening at the same time. Small class size but big open space for you to strut your stuff and be your beautiful bad self. Lots of stretching, strutting, and a touch of choreo. So much fun! I felt so awake and attuned to myself and my body afterwards. It’s not a demanding workout but it left me feeling super confident and ready for the day.
