Christian is amazing. She is so thoughtful about checking in with individuals to help with posture and minor corrections and her instructions are very specific and clear. Great energy and I appreciate her focus on micro movements slowly as opposed to exaggerated

Power Vinyasa Flow with Jeremy Falk

First time here and I really enjoyed Jeremy’s verbal affirmations and Bhakti playing. Other yogis were nice and friendly, and the heat wasn’t too hot. The flow felt very different from other vinyasa and hot yoga studios. I’m not sure how I feel about the tea room but you can’t hear them chatter when the door closes. I would come back!!!

Love the teacher - so cheerful and vibrant! However, I recommend that the studio state that first timers wear shorts for the class. Myself and others in class did not realize this

Challenging, but doable strength circuits. Christina provides options for all the exercises to adjust to individual fitness level. It happened to be a perfect sunny day for an outdoor workout - so that was a bonus!

    Adults Beginners Jiu-Jitsu

Sunday classes are no-gi. We started with bjj warm up exercises. The class had a good mix of men and women. We then were taught a few techniques. The professor was great and explained the technique and the reason. Next we partnered up and practiced it. Good class for beginners. Nice space and plenty of parking nearby.

    STUDIO Intermediate Ballet Class

Class went smoothly, the venue was polished, and the teacher was very kind. True intermediate level ballet class where the exercises were demo'd succintly and helpful tips were offered throughout class. I had a positive experience being new to the studio, and would recommend it!

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

I loved C2 with Nancy! Her flow feels really natural and the timing of each movement syncs up to her music well. I’m usually picky about the tempo and style but she made the class very balanced. I’d definitely take her class again. Just need to know the transitions well and have background knowledge of the forms.

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

This is a hard class, and it’s slower class than other CP classes. I do think beginner should not take C2. beginners should go to C1 instead.
