    Train Yard Strength

    Bradley is one of the best trainers whom I’ve ever met. He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Thank you Bradley and thank you Train Yard for the excellent work!

    The energy here amazing. Bruce is such a good teacher and Phil is a great supporter. I’m so pleased I found this place. It’s inclusive, relaxed- minus the attitude/egos found in lots of gyms. Really friendly group

    Classes are great, no other class pushes me as hard (except maybe Barry’s). Consists of strength floor work, watt bike and ski erg and mixing up what is done on each round of exercises and time.
