She was very motivating, kind, explained and demonstrated all exercises in detail, and I loved the whole class - it was a low impact low intensity whole body weight training, the exercises were easy to follow, and you can choose the weights that you want to work with, hence it suits everyone’s abilities. The studio itself is super nice, love the dark vibe, clean posh shower and toilet. Highly recommended studio, class and trainer!

see all reviewsThe space is bright, open and the poles were really high. Cat was really welcoming and friendly. There were varying levels of experience in the class and Cat managed to give everyone a variation for them to work on. I learned to put a few poses together today, and even managed some spinning moves too. I’ve already booked in for next week.
