    Flywheel: Method 45

If you’re looking for a real challenge that forces you to grow and makes you feel insanely productive and accomplished before your day’s even started, Dilan’s class is allll of that. Always beating my personal records in Dilan’s class bc she’s motivating, technical, clear, no-nonsense. All that made sense when I learned she’s a Harvard and Yale grad - uh WHAT. I know I’m getting my $$$’s worth in her class.

Eve is crazy energetic and just crazy in general also. She has some wild dance moves and as someone who has been going to spin consistently for 6+ years, I can say that her class leaves me out of breath and wondering if I can finish the class. It's awesome the way she pushes us but makes us laugh at the same time

    Forrest Yoga

Amy is an excellent Forrest Yoga teacher. This class encourages deep breathing, self study, strength, and meeting your edge with curiosity. Forrest is somewhat sweaty but not fast-moving. Air in the studio is clean, not a lot of fragrance on people, which is a big relief. (Class was very full, so may not be the best for those with current trauma). CCY is a beautiful space with plenty of room in the waiting area. Highly recommend.

Excellent endurance and cardio builder. John is excellent instructor - knows to push everyone and goes around to correct forms, etc. Kickbox60 is very similar to Box60 except with elbow, knee, and low roundhouse kicks incorporated into the drills - good combinations.

Great, great class! This was my first one and I really enjoyed. With almost each exercise, Rebekah showed alternatives depending on the level of difficulty you want so you really could go at your own pace. She also repeatedly walked the room to ensure everyone was performing the moves correctly. She was also really nice and welcoming, which definitely helps when attending your first class in a new place!

Loved this class! Anna creates a comfortable environment for you to push yourself and try more advanced options of poses without making you feel judged if you fail. Unpretentious compared to many other yoga classes in the studio, which I liked. Left feeling great!

Great class. Very challenging. LOVE that she did not do flat back and round back with the barre. I think those exercises just stress the hip flexors. Instead she did another plank series and an ab series with back flat on floor. A much safer option I think!!

    Boxing Technique

The class was great! First 30minutes was all about conditioning; jump rope, core and cardio rounds. The second half was partnered mitt work. The instructor was welcoming and provided feedback throughout the class and corrected form/technique. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes boxing. Its much better than any class Title Boxing offers. Ill definitely be back and take more classes.

    Adult Beginner Ballet

Since they only just opened and started offering adult classes (most of their classes are currently for kids), the studio still has a few kinks to work out. It was nice to have some personal attention in this class (I was the only one who signed up), but the class itself felt very basic and slightly disorganized. There where constant interruptions when the instructor was trying to figure out what to do next, or the music was wrong, or there were kids running into the studio. Hopefully, with some time, they will be able to provide a more professional experience.
