    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

    Signature Barre

Combination of cardio and barre exercises. Brianna kept the energy high throughout with her encouragement and fun music. Make sure to pick up some grip socks from Amazon or buy some on site for $25. Super fun class to get your sweat on and pretty good for beginners.

    BodyBox - Lower Body

I like the screen for the exercises for the benched area. So it gave the instructor more time to go around and adjust people’s form. But adjusted in a way that was helpful instead of overbearing. Great instruction. Beginner’s get a 10 minute intro before the rest of the class joins too

I really liked this instructor. He made the class feel very approachable. I will say this class felt very hot and was therefore very sweaty. Would recommend bringing a mat towel.

IN STUDIO 50min Pilates Reformer Instruction (Intermediate)

I loved the class! It’s a small class the maximum amount people allowed per class is only 4 people. I thought the instructor was lovely and her instructions were clear. I was shocked that time flew by! Definitely the best reformer Pilates class I’ve taken.

Loved the metcon class! The instructor was great and had time to individually help everyone in the class. They have lots of events, and it helps to make working out feel like a community activity. Great for all ranges of skill, as the exercises can be personalized.
