    Great class with Alicia! Her classes are ALWAYS the perfect mix of challenging but doable. Sometimes I find other lagree instructors are so insanely hard that I can’t do any of the moves for more than 20s, and that’s very discouraging. Love Alicia’s classes!

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

    First time ever and I LOVED IT! It’s a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - it’s almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!

    Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.

    Not gonna lie - it’s a tough one! 40 min is just fine to get your body pretty much exhausted ???? But you feel energized afterwards, which is a sign it all worked out well! The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there are no hooks or stools in the changing rooms, makes it hard to change properly without dropping your stuff on the floor. Better come changed already if possible.
