Room was a bit chilly to start as fans were on but warmed up pretty quickly after we started. If your fitness level is intermediate to high, this class may be a bit too easy.     Overall a good class, just not my style of music. I am not a huge fan of techno/house so I prefer the dedicated hip hop classes. Also wish there wasn’t so much arm/dance choreography - I think it’s setting people up for injury. Not a big deal though, as you can opt out and just ride the bike.

I love how the focus with Debbie was on how you feel and how the pose makes you feel, as opposed to what it looks like aesthetically… It was an amazing all over stretch and I was able to really let loose both mentally and physically.     Not gonna lie - it’s a tough one! 40 min is just fine to get your body pretty much exhausted ???? But you feel energized afterwards, which is a sign it all worked out well! The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there are no hooks or stools in the changing rooms, makes it hard to change properly without dropping your stuff on the floor. Better come changed already if possible.
