    Even though I was the only student in this class, Becca put in just as much care and attention as she would to any class size. I enjoyed the one-on-one time and Becca did a great job of balancing her roles of adjusting me as an instructor and doing the yoga routine herself so that I did not feel uncomfortable. She also noted my current practice and gave me instructions on how to further challenge myself, which I really appreciate.

    Lana is a very warm and positive instructor who levelled the class appropriately for a beginning to intermediate group. Can get a little hot in the room — make sure you bring water. (I think they are working on temp and have a number of fans to use in the interim.)
