    The Build

    Loved it! The photo here is not representative of the actual studio because the studio is sleek AF. This is not just a hot yoga class, it is a sensory experience. The candlelight, the music and the heat in the darkness is amazing. No need for mirrors because you just need to feel your body moving. Ariel is a hands-on teacher and makes adjustments for you throughout the class. The peppermint neck massage afterwards was a nice touch.

    Hot Pilates (HIIT)

    Stefanie is a very detail and upbeat instructor. She makes sure everyone has the correct positioning. The reps may seem simple, but its really HIIT because my heart is pumping hard throughout the day and my muscles felt the work this morning.
