    Candlelight Yin 60 Min

    I love that this studio actually has dark and relaxing yoga rooms!! The yin class was super relaxing and intimate. Gabriel had his adorable puppy in the room which we all loved. And the music was top notch (especially the old school Beyoncé). Will come back again soon!

    Beautiful studio space. LOVED the instructors teaching style. Balanced class with guided grounding exercise, breath work, and flow. left feeling peaceful and light. **little confusing finding the space, the studio is on the second floor, you go through “VIP FITNESS & LIFESTYLE” to get to the elevator 🙏🏼
