I love Evvie’s classes. I leave every single time feeling like I pushed myself a little bit harder than the last. Amazing for all experience levels :)

Such a good instructor - she takes the time to check each rider’s needs and pushes each one to their limit while also giving a lot of (much needed) recovery. If you’re expecting a spin class, that’s not what you’ll get, this class is a lot more methodical and focuses on both muscular and cardiovascular training instead of just the latter.

Tommy is a great instructor, his moves were easy to understand yet affective. I could actually hear his instructions over the music which was great! I had a great workout and will definitely come back to one of his classes

    Nothin but Strength

I didn’t take the class - couldn’t find it. I used the gym and learned there was a whole downstairs as I tried to leave - maybe it was there. As I got into the reception a patron was complaining about poor ventilation and I noticed the same. The conditions are so so there. I didn’t feel it was all that clean and the equipment wasn’t re wracked it was all over the place. Some patrons were doing a lot of grunting that bordered my tolerance. The front desk was not familiar with class pass either. It’s ok but not great. Can’t speak to the class - there was an empty studio upstairs that had bikes and little weights.
