It gave me enough time to familiarize myself with the equipment and become comfortable with the facilities. Betsy never made me feel weak although I struggled throughout the workout. Truly a 10/10 class and instructor. Looking forward to my next class!

The class flows pretty quickly with little interruption, but don't hesitate to raise your hand to get the attention of the instructor if you need help or have questions with form or changing the resistance!
