    It was a small class so it almost feels like private training. Margaret is so warm and welcoming. I loved this studio! Definitely will be coming back. Great for beginners and advanced as there was plenty of modifications depending on your comfort level.

But what truly sets Rugged apart is its incredible team of coaches and members. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. No matter your fitness level or background, they meet you where you are and push you to reach your full potential. The workout was intense and challenging, yet incredibly rewarding. The programming was well-thought-out, incorporating a mix of strength training, cardio, and functional movements, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout. The sense of camaraderie among fellow members was palpable, creating a motivating and empowering atmosphere that spurred everyone on to give their best effort. What struck me the most was the emphasis on proper form and technique. The coaches take the time to educate and correct, ensuring that you not only get a great workout but also learn how to move safely and effectively, preventing injuries in the long run. Overall, my experience at Rugged surpassed all expectations!

    The best gym and workout you’ll ever get! Coach J is the best! He motivates you and continues to push you when you feel like giving up! I love that every class is different. All the combos are always new. He incorporates not only boxing with the bag but mitt work, foot work, battle ropes, weights, HIIT exercises, jump rope, and so much more!     This class was INTENSE. Class pass also stated it was only a 50 min class, it was an hour and a half. This class included a total of 5 miles and several work outs in between each mile. I am just starting to work out again so it was hard but the instructors were great motivating us and pushing us while letting us go at our own comfortable pace as well.

    Great place, might go back. there are a lot of burpees. ClassPass does not have the class descriptions correct, Fridays are for Sparring, although they were still very welcoming to us as beginners, set aside from the sparring, and gave us a beginners course. They mentioned that Mon/Wed is better for beginners, but that we are always welcome to whichever class we can attend. There was no reception or welcome desk, and they had not heard of or understood what ClassPass was. I walked around until I found someone who looked like they worked there and explained that we were there for the class. The downside is that any mistake you make results in 10-20 burpees. The class started with 3min straight of jump rope, which leaves plenty of time to make mistakes...I understand the training purposes of it to make you conscious of not making mistakes, but man that would be a lot of burpees by the end of a 1 hour class for someone who's newer.
