    Full Body Sculpt

Probably one of my new favorite places to workout in the valley. The instructor was fantastic, the workout was prefect, and the studio was nice. As an added bonus the music wasn't irritating and the headset level was moderate and still understandable (usually hate places that use headsets).

    PRO-FIT 3 Circuit

So this was a tough workout in a short period of time but doable at your own level of fitness. There was only one other person that started at the same time I did so it was like a personal training session which was great for my first time. Pamela was great demonstrating, paying attention to form and encouraging. Try it!

    The Gymnast Method

This is a really welcoming gym... instructor introduced herself, other classmates said hello. Work out is more preparing muscles for gymnastics then actual gymnastics (just an fyi) by I really enjoyed it. Dynamic weights. It felt like they would make my body just stronger for everyday life. ClassPass says barefoot but plenty of people had shoes or just socks too if that's more your thing.
