    Mona was great - just an oddity re: the open gym policy, the class audio was prerecorded. Cues were given via overhead projectors on what exercise to do next, similar to F45. Otherwise facility was clean/Covid procedures in place, and class programming was as expected. Just not as motivating without a live teacher.

    Brian does a great job adapting to challenging circumstances, providing amenities like hand sanitizer and masks, and bringing sanitized kettle bells and other equipment. The workout is always worth it and the playlist is always 10/10. If you’re missing in-person group classes, fit360’s outdoor workouts are a great option!

    Stronger/Faster

    Really great for those who are beginners to lifting or strength work. If you feel intimidated about getting started with TRX, kettlebells, or weightlifting in general, I'd definitely recommend the Saturday classes.
