see all reviewsMy instructor made my first time doing Barre awesome! I was nervous but she helped me with my posture and gave all of us advice throughout. It’s a tough workout but I like how it’s not hard in your joints. I definitely recommend adding this to your workout routine. I usually weight lift but this workout still made me push myself to my limit in a good way.
