see all reviewsOmg! Wow! So I’ve tried yoga multiple times but I would say I’m not a fan. I keep trying because I know that it has great benefits. I thought maybe trying a beginner class would help me reset my perspective of yoga. I tried Mindy’s Gental Yoga class and it was AMAAAAZING!!! I loved it soooo much! I recently started working out and I am SO sore. Mindy’s class really stretched me out. It was really beginner friendly so I was able to keep up, which boosted my yoga confidence. Will continue taking Mindy’s class for sure!! Thanks Mindy!!
