    This was my first F45 class. The Volofit (not sure if that’s correct) was a team circuit where you alternate within your team to reach a goal number of reps. It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

    Boot Camp with Childwatch

    It was my first time...I lift weights but this fast pace and high rep class was intense but so great! It was challenging which I liked. Emily was a great instructor in making sure we're doing the exercises correctly and giving us that push to keep going!

    The Method

    I have a hyperthyroid which has depleted my muscles and energy, the two things needed to work out. I have gone to other gyms and workout classes and the instructors have embarrassed me for not being able to keep up with the others and I usually leave frustrated. This studio is so encouraging when I make a modification or if I need to stop for a minute and let my heart rate slow down, I have only received positive and encouraging words. It really makes a difference.
