I was so impressed at the covid safety measures! I remember pre-covid going back and forth between the tread and the floor, but now you stay on the tread or floor for half the class, GO OUTSIDE WHILE THEY CLEAN THE ENTIRE ROOM, and then go back and do the floor or tread (whatever you didn’t do first) for the rest of the class. I am so incredibly happy to see how seriously they are taking covid, I felt so safe workout out here! Nikki is awesome and seems to talk to everyone in the class to help/correct/motivate them. She will let you know if you need to make an adjustment and will also praise you if you’re doing a good job. It was a challenging class but ab work could’ve been a little tougher IMO, but the booty was on fire!
