see all reviewsI’ve attended a few traditional Pilates class and let me tell you this is Pilates on crack (in a good way). I loved the class and the instructor. First-timer friendly and even took time at the beginning to explain how things worked. I won’t be able to walk tomorrow but safe to say I will be returning once I recover. (P.s. super clean and cute studio).

She does a great job providing verbal explanations and cues so previous experience on a reformer is recommended in my opinion. Great class and great vibe at night with the neon lights!
