see all reviewsI really love this silks class! It’s a great way to build strength, endurance, flexibility and learn new moves. I have been consistently taking it for about a month now and see/feel my skills improving. The teachers are great at modifying moves and conditioning to each students specific needs. The facility is very clean and well taken care of, there isn’t a lot of kids, noise or distractions which is nice. Everyone is kind and professional I highly recommend if you are serious about your aerial journey.
