    Such a great workout! As someone who struggles to maintain a gym routine, this class was super helpful in truly being open to all levels. Melissa gave modifications for everything and it made me feel less self conscious about returning back to the gym world. Would definitely come back!

    CYCLE!

    Took the CYCLE class with John. I lasted maybe 30 minutes into the class... This was my first time with spin and I can't say it was beginner friendly. However---John was very helpful and welcoming and the other people in the class were also very nice. I'd reccomend this if you have taken spin before or are a *more* seasoned bicyclist.

    Hatha Yoga - All levels

    I had my first class with teacher Bharata Ji at the center today and it was beyond my expectations. The room we were in was very clean and spacious, with a subtle hint of incense, it was mostly quiet and felt very welcoming. Bharata Ji begun and ended our class with prayers, he taught in a patient, respectful manner and took the time to help every one of us with our postures. I felt rejuvenated after today’s class. This is recommended for all levels.

    Space was great if you’re looking for a place to lift weights. It’s definitely set up for power lifting. My only complaint is no water fountains but I could plan ahead and make sure I bring a full bottle instead of an empty one.
