At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class! I’ve taken boxing classes at other studios around Nashville and the studio was by far my favorite. Anthony was a fantastic instructor. He had the perfect amount of energy to motivate people on an early Thursday morning. He was encouraging and he pushed us to do our best. The music was upbeat and Anthony did a great job, making sure the space was welcoming to people who had never boxed before. I appreciated that they explained all of the punches before the class. Even even though I’ve been to boxing classes before, nobody has actually explained the punches before. Overall, I had a great experience, and will definitely be coming back!
