see all reviewsThe flow was fine, I got a great workout in. However, the instructor played party music from the 2000s/2010s, which I love, but it was hellllla distracting to get a vibe with the flow going. The apple-bottom jeans song came on, and memories of me dropping it low in a dark club at age 21 came rushing back. Which was weird because I’m much older and have some insecurities with how I look now. And just wasn’t expecting to deal with some low-key aging grief on a Tuesday in class. Perhaps the class could be advertised as a power ‘pop hits’ class. I probs would have gone to the earlier one!
