    Melina is such a great instructor! Unlike the high intensity reformer classes with 20 or 30 people, this class focuses on PROPER form and slow, deliberate movements the way that Pilates was meant to be taught. It’s a small class of 6 so she is really able to check manage everyone individually. Coming to these classes has improved the way that I exercise everywhere and I’ve had comments on how good my form is at other gyms, thanks to Melina.

    Gina was super friendly and guided us every step of the way - the smaller classes really make it less intimidating. Only gripe is that there aren't mirrors in the barre studio to check your form!
