The Mountain Nest property is so stunning, and the Pilates studio is so aesthetic, clean and felt like I was having a private session with 2 other girls there. I love how intimate the studio is. Michal is a phenomenal instructor who makes sure you are doing everything correctly, and really cares about your well being and safety. My grip socks weren't grippy enough and because she was concerned about my safety, she gifted me a pair to use for the class which I thought was so nice! It was a 5 star experience! I'll be back for sure!! 🧡🙏🦋
