    First time taking mat pilates & I absolutely loved it. All pilates moves on the mat. Jennifer was amazing she provided accommodations all throughout & was gently motivating. The space was nice & the club had all you need. 10/10 recommend. Will be taking this again.

    I love taking all different kinds of fitness classes in Westchester and NYC… Lisa’s classes are, without a doubt, the very best! The Sunday 9a class (think it’s called Floor & Core) rocks and ticks every box: kick-arse workout of every muscle group plus cardio and abs, adjustible to every fitness level, plus the best part: Lisa is so knowledgeable and motivational. She tells you all the benefits of each exercise while you’re doing them, and where you’re supposed to be “feeling the burn.” will adjust you if needed. Just the greatest mix. I’m psyched I found this amazing place, instructor, and class!
