    Sweat Flow L1

First time in the new upstairs space - it is clean and spacious, and will be so nice once the leaves are out on the trees! Stephanies class was challenging and well paced. There are lots of options offered, but would recommend some familiarity with yoga as the instructor moves around the class rather than demonstrating at the front (which is great; lots of adjustments and attention to form) - it just means it is easier to follow if you know the names of the poses. This studio is my favourite in the east end - always a great experience from start to finish.

    Vinyasa Flow 1

Gentle but invigorating class. Jaffer has one of the best "yoga voices" I've ever heard. Best for someone with some yoga background as there is very little demonstration, however, lots of modifications are offered and the class moves at a very manageable pace. The studio is beautiful. I left feeling great!

Iam Flow w/ Music (R) [All Levels]

I was sceptical to go because I don’t consider myself a “yoga person” and I’ve felt bored in yoga classes before but this was a lovely class and a lovely instructor. I would definitely go back. This was a nice, gentle full body stretch.

If you havent tried Elevate, then you should! This class is challenging and SWEATY, but not intimidating or over complicated. You spend about half the class punching boxing bags with different moves and the other half of the class with weights and calisthenics. Garfield plays amazing music, has incredible energy and super encouraging. The hour flies by!

Brendan is one of the BEST yoga instructors who truly understands the anatomy of the human body. It makes classes easy to follow for beginners, yet still challenging for the experienced. This isnt my main studio but I try to make it to Brendans class if my schedule allows. Highly recommended!

My first time doing Reformer Pilates and Leslie was amazing. She is super nice and took the time to give me instruction throughout the class. There are only 6 machines so the class size is small which is great because you get lots of individual attention!

    Yoga for RUNNERS

Great class. Not a traditional yoga class because it blends styles from various types of yoga and Pilates too. I always feel better after leaving Christine’s class- more open and aligned. Challenging in a different way. Would strongly recommend this for anyone, not necessarily just runners too.

I normally find Pilates really boring, but Amy finds a great balance to make this class challenging while also making for a relaxing Saturday morning. Im dealing with a hamstring injury right now, and find this class gives me a good workout without having to put strain on my leg (with modifications she gives me). Thanks, Amy!

    Zen Stretch

I would consider this class essential for every yoga enthusiast. It’s more of a conditioning class rather than traditional yoga, and if you do it correctly (engaging the proper muscles) it’s very challenging. Bodhi was very knowledgeable and illuminating and I look forward to taking more of his classes!
