see all reviewsLoved the flows, Michelle has a chill but direct voice, music was good, and loved the thoughtful insights at the end. Not into standing poses - and the studio is darker (in other words- a liiiiitle too dark) than soho’s, so the studio only gets 4 stars. Sorry. Overall the best yoga studio in the city. IMO

see all reviewsThis was my first time coming here and it was amazing. The instructor Daniella is amazing, super friendly and she is so easy to follow. She made me feel very comfortable. The whole vibe in the studio itself was very calming, there was incense burning as I walked in. I highly recommend this class with Daniella!

see all reviewsEchoing everyone else’s reviews, this was one of the best classes and Ty was an amazingly welcoming teacher, especially for the newbies like myself who had never been to the studio or done Katonah yet. This was unlike any other class I’ve taken. It was restorative and yet challenging. Poses were somehow both relaxing and intense. I’ve never used 7 blocks and 3 blankets in one pose before. Definitely check it out, but come in with an open mine. The class vibe is very communal.

see all reviewsExtremely beautiful experience with the best gong bath I have ever had. Siri Rishi is a power of nature and the class left me beaming with energy, yet extremely grounded. The studio is amazing, yogi tea and Palo Santo included. They have mats and meditation pillows to use which is great! Will b back.

see all reviewsSo relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

see all reviewsJamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.
