    I thought a 30 min class would be easy since I found the Dash 28 a breeze, but I was so wrong. This was intense and I felt like I was going to throw up at times. Come to this on an empty stomach! Corinne always has the hardest workouts.

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Ive been doing Barrys since 2015 - I love it - and Ive rarely had an instructor thats as hard as Brady for the floor sequence. Ive taken what I think are some of the hardest instructors there are but her floor sequences also involve quite a bit of cardio. I did a DF and was super sweaty. Would be scared to have actually done tread and floor!
