Reformer All Levels (Ahava Room)
see all reviewsGood challenging class, I appreciated the instructor’s creative exercises that weren’t just the run of the mill moves you see all the time. He kept it interesting. Some cues weren’t super clear but he went around to check everyone was doing the exercise correctly. I come to Avea 4-5 days/week and I would definitely take his class again.

see all reviewsLoved Tommy’s energy and playlist. Studio equipment is starting to get pretty worn (missing springs on some machines, mats on the machine are pretty thin in some spots)- would love to see the equipment start to get a refresh!

see all reviewsThe BodyRok teacher you’ve been looking for! Katherine is so clear in her instructions, it makes transitions easy. Her music was great and the class was tough in exactly the way you want it to be. She gave modifications with each exercise so you could make it more challenging or a bit less so. She’s encouraging and motivating—don’t miss her class!

see all reviewsAmazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

see all reviewsBeautiful and intimate studio with classes capped at 5 students. Jenna was great, and paid a lot of attention to fine tuning form which I really appreciated. Woke up today feeling like my back was more aligned, which I didn’t expect. I’ll definitely be returning. #classpassinsider

see all reviewsJamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

see all reviewsInstructor is really approachable and down to earth. This isn’t a critique of instructor but the names of movements are different from lagree/slt but it’s the same… so it’s confusing. I understand it’s prob for intellectual property but the names are weird. Also the room is hot I’m not sure why they keep it so hot? Is it a solid core thing? I’d rather do slt
