I had an amazing, empowering run. I got a great workout, and ran faster than I ever thought I could. I think I need to invest in some packs...these classes are great for my marathon training! Also, even if you aren't an avid runner, no pressure by the coach. They encourage you to focus on your effort, not your speed, so don't be intimidated!

    Switch40 - Underground Ab-Lab

The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

Always a good class. Compared to other boxing studios it’s more rounds of boxing moves and less burpees/squats etc. which I like. I can do my own squats and jumping jacks. Also the bishop is softer on your shin when you kick hard so it’s a better workout with no bruising!

Always a great workout although the price keeps going up every month. Can be intimidating for people who are not fit / familiar with the routine. I have gone often and I can still never run all the numbers the instructor calls out or lift the weights they want women to lift. This teacher is so genuinely nice and uplifting. Unfortunately, I don't think I can take class here anymore because it's become an arm workout almost the entire time and I have a persistent prolonged neck injury so keeping my legs and arms mobile at the same time in that position really messes with my spine. It would be great to note in the class description which classes have a lot of arm movements outside of the weights section. Hope this helped.

Rich was awesome! Loved the combos and it was a super tough class. This is one of my fave studios. The one feedback I would give is that I think there needs to be an intro level or even 15 minutes to teach newbies how to punch. Whenever there are brand new people in the class, I notice how they arent sure of the fundamentals, and its a safety issue!

This class was insane. I’ve taken over 350 CP classes and have never experience something as intense- barely any breaks, just nonstop aggressive fitness moves. The instructor really pushes you too, and will call you out if you do push ups on your knees, take a break, etc. Also noting the class was 45 min and not an hour. The absolute nicest instructor. This was a great class for introduction to the cadillac and reformer machines (half of the class was on each). I had never used either before, and she teaches as though you dont know what youre doing which is perfect. My class was pretty full - 7 or 8 people - but apparently its often smaller so you get even more personalized attention. Highly recommend for first time on the Pilates machines or if youre still new to them (I could probably use another beginner class to feel truly comfortable).

Jimmy is great! He breaks down each step clearly and teaches at a good pace. This is definitely a great class for beginners as I had very little experience in salsa. By the end of the class I was able to pickup the fundamental moves of the dance. The class was quite small with only 3 other students but I didn’t mind as it felt more personal. Tara is great! Love the reminders to check in with myself during the session. This is yoga with no judgement, and no competitiveness. Exactly what I have been looking for! Nice space, clean, plus the whole floor is one big mat.
