see all reviewsI love Jacoby! Jacoby made it both equally a meditation and a workout and a good stretch! My muscles were shaking and I built some heat up, but his modifications and his guided practice and words of affirmation were awesome!!!!! Jacoby truly shows yoga is a LIFESTYLE. Even as a beginner, he really connected to me and made me want to come back :) Vibes of the place too r super warm and welcoming with amber fairy lights and bright open space
