see all reviewsThis was my first time trying something combat related and although it felt intimidating with all the guys in the room, everyone was super nice and I can see how it’d be a nice and encouraging learning environment. There’s lots of conditioning weaved in here and there as the nature of MMA. Actual class was split into beginner and advanced and coach Carla was super nice, professional, and passionate. We learned a couple different moves and practiced it with a partner or with her.

see all reviewsI’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
