I haven’t trained in years. I went with a first timer friend. You walk in and the prior class is all men. Initially intimidated - until the owner greets us and a trainer runs over to help us out. Patrick was extremely friendly. Signed us in and gave a tour. We were given the option to do the class or have side training. We did a bit of both. Everyone was helpful. David was beyond patient. The owner came over when we were leaving and invited us back for extra classes. Highly recommend. No egos. Excited to get back to kicking butt.
