When I arrive, they first want to charge me additional 100’000 IDR for the visit, I don’t think the staff is aware it’s possible to book through classpass. They are extensively collecting my data, trying to take photos of my id documents. The whole affair takes 10-15min. Gym is ok. Would be better if classpass had more gyms in the network, this is cheap & very busy gym. Now it’s not too busy at least as it’s Ramadan.

The gym itself is very spacious, has tons of cardio machines and enough equipment for weight lifting, but there are better, more modern hotel gyms on ClassPass (Alila SCBD is the best I tried). But the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and showers are what make this place worth it. Definitely book two time slots to enjoy the facilities—it’s worth the credits and cheaper than paying them a fee for an extra hour if you only book one.
