    Spindigo: Legs + Shoulders

I love Indigo so much. The classes are great, the instructors are great, and so is the music. But the best part is the community. From staff to the other clients, everyone is so friendly, supportive and unpretentious. I love it here!

    OUTDOOR STUDIO - LEVEL TWO

Very challenging but fun! If you want a yoga class where you move your body (some classes feel static) then this is for you because it’s very fluid! It was NOT heated but i was dripping sweat onto my mat so it’s a great workout!

    BODY TONIC 1-2

Another great class with Kate. Got a solid workout- lots of core work at the top of class which made me happy, followed by total body strength/balance/alignment work, followed by some solid stretching and even foam rolling! Glad to have experienced both this class and the more challenging flow class. Will be back for both!

    IN STUDIO Basic Flow

Kristyn was so sweet! Fabulous teacher. Made great adjustments and was everything you'd ever want in a yogi instructor. Only thing was it ended up unintentionally being a hot yoga class...because it was 100+ degrees out so just make sure to bring a towel because the building is very old so the AC doesn't work great on hot days with lots of people.

Super fun. The instructor was very helpful. They also have an open gym for breaking sometimes which is only $5. But if you’ve already signed up for the class you can stay for free

    CrossFit

Signed up for this class 12 hours in advance and have never done CrossFit before. I know this is a very tight knit sport with a stigma but was welcomed with incredibly open arms by the instructor Steve and even the other members. Will 100% be making this a weekly occurrence.

Re-Activate and Re-Align: A Reset to your Core Self

Liberate Emporium is a dope space. The meditation room upstairs was super tranquil. The instructor was very sensitive and cool. I happened to be the only person who showed up so I basically received a private guided meditation and hypnotherapy which is normally $250 per hour around town. Fun LA history fact: the building was a recording studio in the 60s through the 80s. Jimi Hendrix, Fleetwood Mac, Marvin Gaye, The Beach Boys, The Doors, David Bowie, Tom Petty, EARTH, WIND & ?FIRE? and many, many more recorded there. There’s a plaque in front of Caffe Etc on the corner of Cahuenga & Selma listing all the artists who recorded in the same space where I meditated. So awesome.
