see all reviewsThis was my first time at Y7 and I really enjoyed it. It was nice to practice in dimly lit room. I enjoyed the slow flow as well. And Kelly was lovely and had a nice curated playlist. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again!

see all reviewsClass with Nicolas was awesome! He brings a fun, warm energy. I loved getting asked what we wanted to focus on today. Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
