Come hydrated if not you will have some difficulty getting through it (me today) but overall great experience would come back again

see all reviewsThe class was great! It takes time to get warmed up to but after a few minutes it becomes fun! The only thing I think could change is maybe it’s a little hard to hear the instructor so maybe lowered music or a mic could help. But I definitely would like to come back again!
